Hi, am i right to say that as long as you are using flash, the ISO will not auto adjust?
CSM 5 ISO Auto set to ON.

Not really answering your question. But suggest you don't use auto iso. Just set to iso 200 and adjust upwards if necessary.

It was never important to me... but for those who want to use the D0 without much hassle, it can prove useful for them.

Normally I set my ISO to 200, this will be good enough for almost every enviroment with FLASH
