I understand that D80 can autofocus with those classic Nikkor AFS lenses used with Film SLR such as the Classic F801s etc. Just wondering, can those lenses be used with D60 as well? Thanks !!

D60 does not have a motor to autofocus with the Nikon AF lenses so it will be just manual focusing. The AFS and the AF-I lenses however can autofocus with the D40/40X/60.

If it's AF-S, D60 can use it...

If it's AF or AF-D which has a screw to turn the focusing mechanism, then you can't use it to AF. You can only manual focus with it.
