Ya..what i m going to ask is a weird question, but i am surprised no one even asked this question at all in clubsnap since the d50 was launched..

d50 got battery grip??? i know nikon dun have but wat abt the 3rd party, 4th party, 5th party one?

if there is one, will u get it? i will if there is

I will never buy a 3rd party item for Nikon... :nono:
 

yea..i have searched thru tonnes of battery grip threads and none asked.. D70 have the 3rd party one

i know there is third party fo d70, i dunno if it will fit on d50 though, check with adolf or hotography
 

Jenis, Hahnel, Opteka, Roxsen... all has it - D50 battery grip. :)

Hehe...i bought it is becos for the good price to performance ratio, not really for the size..(i prefer BIG things :D)

i am still looking thru the sites hazta recommended, the grips looks ok so far
 

Interesting... didn't know there are actually vertical grips for the D50. But w/o shutter release button? :dunno: Kinda useless then. :dunno:

Third party one. Actually, it is better to called it battery pack instead of vertical grips.

Yeah. Me too. Don't see the need to have a vertical grip. I just turn the D50 vertical to take portrait, and I do it quite often. Don't find it a bother, but then, I don't use any pro body, even for film...;p

If I want a vertical/bigger size, might as well get the pro body for it's definitely bigger...
