D200 got built in flash
D200 smaller and lighter
D200 VF bigger
D200 can use 2 battries on grip
D200 got 23 NEF buffer (compared to D2X 17)

Cons:

D200 cannot use 3rd party battery
D200 cannot do HSC

Cost cheaper then D2X
D200 top lcd is largest.
D200's built-in flash can use as commander mode and flash as well at the same time.

Cons:
====
D200 cannot use 3rd party battery
D200 cannot do HSC (but can crop yr own in the computer... )
D200 don't have hybrid-WB sensor
D200 AF-cam not as fast as D2X

And D2x is all weather type of camera, D200 is not.
