But, I didn't know underchassis lights are illegal. Saw a number of cars on the roads with it....included a heavily modded black Toyota Wish with full body kit.

The lower pix makes it look a bit like the MR2 MkIV at a certain angle.

Well, TP won't stop you but the ROV will... They claim that it causes "Distraction" to other road users. THAT I believe is the most bullshit statement I've ever heard cause Taxicabs got bloody signs on their roofs that light up and move etc...even more distracting wouldn't you say?
