The news was reported in the Straits Times on 24 May 2003, Saturday. As an animal lover, especially of cats, I do hope that more financial help would be given to welfare organisations currently facing fast depleting funds and resources in order to sterilise / evacuate stray cats to save them from the cruel fate that awaits them.
