CS Members List - what criteria to be listed?

Hello, I have a question on my mind. I couldn't find the answer on any sticky nor on the search function.
It is about that nice menu bar up there - the 'Members List'.
I noticed not every CS member is listed there.
What are the criteria needed before CS would automatically list any of its members here?

Hi, catchlights. Thanks so much for your reply.
I was looking at it and thinking about it too. Looks like what you have said is true. The magic figure seems to be 250 post counts.
Reason why I asked was often times I have friends who are CS members but upon searching on the member list I can't find their Nick. So thought I'd just ask.
