"Cross-processed"

ok...

Noob qn... what exactly is cross processing? Is it developing at a different ISO Setting than the original film? or does it have to do with different chemistry in developing..=)

x-processing: Negatives (regular film) using Positives (slides) chemicals to process and vice-versa. usually results in strong color casts, often increasing contrast as well. results dependent on film and developer used
