This sounds like the kind of sport that perhaps I should take up.

Yahoo News is reporting that Nico Morawa of Germany set a new national record for mobile phone throwing, coming in at 67.5 meters. This bests the previous world record, as reported by The Inquirer, of 66.72 meters that was set in Finland this past August.

As of this time there has been no report as to whether the International Olympic Committee has considered phone throwing for inclusion in a future Olympic games....
