I heard over the radio that the "cows" are suppose to ease the stress of driving, smoothen the temper, especially if caught in a congested traffic jams. The cows looked cute, though I think it can be a distraction when they popped up along the PIE when I drove past last weekend. It's quite cool actually, and I liked the idea.

I am shure it is an alien invasion !!! we have thousands of them over here.
They just seem to wander around and make out they are eating grass when you drive by.

I have also noticed they never wear a hat !!!
