If your cam have RAW function there should be a free software come with your cam packet when you purchase it... :think:

I would recommend using gimp (http://www.gimp.org/) together with ufraw (http://ufraw.sourceforge.net/) as a flexible yet free raw/jpeg + processing tool for most of the digicams avaliable.
