Hardly surprising. In fact, what is surprising is that it took so long for something like this to happen (in an ang-moh country). Theirs is a litigatious culture, not happy? Sue!

Not so in Sg. (Yet?)

Too troublesome. Most will just go online and b**** about it on sgbrides or CS forums, and the worst the photographer gets is a ruined reputation.

actually, not much effect in long term, in this field, most customer is one time only, they may not refer this photographer to their friends and relative, potential customers may avoid you, the photographer may lost some bookings, but some customers will still standby you, after some time, nobody will remember the whole incidents, except those are in this trade.

don't believe? go sgbrides check out the old archive..

Watched the news on channel 5 at 930 last night n they showed the video footages but somehow they ( newscaster) kept saying 'photographer' but obviously they were refering to the videographer:think:?
Either Mediacorp don't know the DIFFERENCE between a photographer n a videographer or they are just plain sloppy.:thumbsd:
