Cosplay Convention

According to today's Straits Times there will be a Cosplay Convention at The Heeren (Annex area) from 10 am tomorrow (9/3/2002, Saturday).

Cosplay is short for costume play, where people dress up as their favourite cartoon characters.

Might be worth a few shots.

Im going. Will be down at my workplace first then go check out wat they have. Anyone replying to my post after 2pm, i wont be able to check, im in school.

Nothing much. Managed to get few shots of them posing together and group photos. Saw few other guys totting manual cams without flash. Nobody i know. Took roughly bout 20 shots...off i go to career fair. =P

Bloody sad sia. No events, no cohesive planning by the management.

But the costumes were nice sia.

still like that ah !!

I gave them feed back last time after I attended, it was mainly complaints about no proper programming through the day. Everything looks haphazard.

Even got 2 guys charging money for photos shot infront of a jap looking background on 5th floor. LoL

I know they charge...coz i see a money box on the table. Haaa

That's the photo sponsor, kodak. Honestly, I don't think they'll want to sponsor the next one if they didn't get much publicity.
