Hi all, I noticed on some photos got the dark shades of black at the 4 corners of the photo? Any idea how do I get this effect? Is this a lens setting or photoshop?

Thanks

Alright, got it.

at least credit the photos, it is courteous, and people will not get pissed if they come in here and see their photos being posted.

of course you do not mean to put it like you took them, obviously since you didn't know how they were taken, but let's just work towards making it a good habit. :)

anyways, this is called "vignetting". others have answered your question, but i just thought i'd say the piece on credits. have fun!

on another note, if you shoot wide open, you might get natural vignetting. this depends on lens characteristic.

You mean this effect?

For this, I'm using an Eximus Wide & Slim.
But it can be done using photoshop.

Google the term, "Vignetting".
Hope this helps. :)
