The worst thing is that AVIS can easily say that anyone that walks into AVIS is giving consent that their image could possibly be used for any kind of advertising campaign. That is why sometimes, when I go on cruise ships, I give the I can't be bothered with you kind of pictures and just move on. At least I am not giving the photog the finger.
