converting from raw to Jpeg

Yeap. If you are using Canon camera, DPP can do batch conversion

WIth PS you can do that too. I assume you are using the Camera RAW plugin? This'll only work if you are running that.

Select all your RAW photos, open them in PS. They should all show up on the side of your camera Raw window. Select all of them, then click 'Save xx items'. Remember to select the right dimensions you want to export them at.

As far as I know, you can't download the installer, just updates.
