Conversion Lense for H1?

Hi all,

recently juz got the H1..

understand that the H1 has limited conversion lense from sony? is there other OEM manufactuer that made conversion lense for it?

you can check out your fave photo dealer and he should be able to advise you accordingly.

as long as there's a filter thread on the H1 lens you should be able to screw in a conversion or tele converter lens.

if not, you may need to get a lens adapter tube that screws onto the H1 body with a threaded end for putting the converters there.

you can surf to sony's site to find the recommended assy from them.

the best part about digital cameras is you can put the assy on and take a shot. if it focuses and does not have vignetting, you're set to go.

You can get the Sony H1 tele-len VCL-DH1758 from any Sony. Also, the wide-angle and marco len.

Here are some examples I've taken just to test out this tele-conversion len. All tele-zoom picts were taken with max digital zoom. However, for best resolution, advise to max zoom to Optical only.
