consumer corner locked?

I notice that there is a lock icon for the consumer corner. Why is the column lock?

I just checked, the Consumer forum isnt locked. Does it look as locked to all the rest?

It shows a lock outside (in the forum list). I went in and try to start a new thread, it didn't allow me.

I think U need a min no. of post b4 u can post in consumers section .

Members must have fulfilled the following conditions to be able to create a new thread in Consumers Corner

a) be registered more than 60 days
b) have more than 100 posts.

If you have something to post (eg create a new thread) in Consumers Corner, you can post it first in the General or Kopitiam section and PM one of the Moderators to move it over to Consumers Corner.

Once a thread has been created in Consumers Corner, all members can post replies to the thread.
