Hi,

I just upgraded from Canon 350D to 5D and recently took a pic of a dragonfly.
Pls give your 2 cents worth constructive comment.

Haha, newbie, thought can just link to my local drive.
I have successfully uploaded my pics, but somehow did not manage to find in the Gallery.
Any tips?

Try imageshack (see above).. can't get simpler than that. ;)

Uhmmm...., there are a proper forum for asking comments.

Arto.

constructive comments starts with putting up a picture first...

haha,:embrass:embarrassing to say that last night i tried uploading but don't seen to work.
and today, i don't seen to remember how to go about uploading a pic, any quick tips will be appreciated.
Cheers

Try uploading it onto a website like www.flickr.com. Then they usually have a link to your picture itself.. look for it.. it should start with http://.... Then click on the Insert Image icon and copy that link onto the box that asks for "Pls enter the URL of your image:". Good luck :)

Finally Got it !! This is my pic, your comment pls.

Is the image having a limited bit depth or is it my browser?

Hi thomasq,

This is how you link from CS' gallery (just copy url from "BB Code" box in the gallery and paste directly into message):

Result:

And from flickr (right click photo on flickr, properties, copy image url, remove the "?v=0"):
