computer RAM: WHich one to buy?

Dear CS'ers

I'm using Asus P4P800 (INtel865PE/LAN+SATA) P4 SC478 mainboard and

Corsair 512mb PC3200/DDR400 ram. THinking of getting another ram, does the brand etc matters? or the specs, must it be PC3200/DDR400? etc? HWZ forums a mess, so asking follow photogs instead!

Check your Corsair ram's latency... CAS3? .....

Why not get back Corsair? You can consider GEIL or get kingston ...

You have to get back the same type of ram... (specs wise) eg. PC3200/DDR400/CAS3 ...Sometimes identified as C3/C25

Check with your dealer on which brand to get. Some brands are not compatible with another IIRC..

But if you are thinking of just add another piece, probably you might want to get another Cosair.

Patriot signature ram, cheap and good. About SGD$165 for 2 x 512mb. :think:
