Window user account for Guest

how to ban access to my E drive, D drive for guest? simply allow surfing only for guest.

TIA :)

Right click E drive and select properties. Select the permission tab, add the guest user name and check deny to everything. Note that this is only for NTFS format. :)

it's NTFS, but can't do the the step / procedure u have mentioned?

how to make the folder private only to myself?

Is your desktop on "simple file sharing"? You will have to turn that off before you can use the steps i gave you.
To turn off, do these steps.
1) Open windows explorer
2) Select "Tools" and then "folder options"
3) Seltec the "View" tab and then scroll down all the way under "Advanced Settings"
4) Uncheck "simple file sharing" and you are done.

The steps i gave also applies to folders. So to make it only available to yourself, you put deny permission to the other people. And take note this is useless if other people have admin rights also :)
