Compare Fisheye 16mm f/2.8D to AF 50mm f/1.8D.....
i notice that photos using the AF Fisheye 16mm f/2.8D is much clearer than the AF 50mm f/1.8D. any reason why?

i-poh, what I'd really like to know is, which one of these 2 do you think is "clearer"? Do you still think your 16/2.8 is "clearer"?

Anyhow, though, here's the thing. The answer to your question, that is, the reason why you find one "clearer" is that you 'clearly' have not mastered using them.

Don't worry about the 2 lenses. They are both very good lenses. Go out and shoot more - practice never fails to allow you to bring out your equipment's fullest potential.

And if at the end of the day, you still think your 16mm produces "clearer" pictures, good on you too. You can take it out more often as your favourite lens. You can even sell your 50mm - the demand for it is very high (and don't ask me for the reason why :sweatsm:).
