Hi all,

Need some input on the PD7X. Say I already have a 40GB 2.5" HDD which is formatted to NTFS and is used as a backup storage via USB 2 externall Case. Could this HDD be used in PD7X without reformatting? i.e. I'm able to retain all data already stored in the HDD prior to insertin it to the PD7x?

Thanks in advance.

No, the PD7X does not support NTFS. You can only use FAT16 or FAT32.
