Compact Drive Problem?

Sounds like a regional distributor is backing out of this business for some reason, claimed to be poor build quality.

The official manufacturer's site claims however, that the above mentioned information is from one NZ distributor and is false in general.

Anyone here using Compact Drive?

Guess it's the same thing as http://www.3hdigital.com/ which is the company's website. Seems it's an unhappy distributor instead of a bunch of unhappy customers.
