Compact DigCam for taking Children Pictures

any recommendations for a simple compact Digital Camera for taking children photos? Fast bootup, fast sensor and fast transfer to memory.:embrass:

Most of the latest compact digcam should meet your requirement. these are few examples:

1. Fujifilm F50fd, z100fd...
2. Panasonic FX33, FX55..
3. Sony T100, T200, W80...
4. Nikon P5100
5. Canon ???
6. Olympus Mjuxxxx models are quite good.

My preference is Fujifilm F50fd, it is fast, good low light performance and good battery life, using SD memory card.
