just like to know what are the things to take note if someone approach you for commercial use of photographs you put up on your own site?

I'm asked to send hi-res photos for them to test print as they needed it quite urgently so i just watermarked at a spot on the photo so they won't be able to make use of them.

what about costing?

and anything else we need to take note b4 we agree to let them use the photos.

thanks.

One very important thing: you own the copyright and never give that away... They get to use it, but don't own it.

Licensing model can be negotiated... But the company has no right to let a third party use it without your express written permission.
