Colours in PS and on the web

I'm having some trouble getting my images to look the same on the web and on Photodshop. Why is it that when I save my images under the save for web option, the colours become much flatter and duller? what options should I use to avoid such a problem?

your pics are probably in AdobeRGB? convert to sRGB, then upload, and all will look ok.
