Colour profile gone haywire

hi guys..i have juz bought a lcd screen from samsung.
i got this feeling i screwed up the entire colour profile as the same picture appears alrite in my photoshop or website but it has a sepia effect while using the default windows photo gallery.

what happened ah?

If you want to close a thread then please use the Thread Tools, upper right hand. Just typing "Thread Closed" doesn't have any effect.
