I would like to ask a simple question regarding the colour and contrast when doing editing and printing. How do I know it is the correct setting? Monitors and printers all have different settings that give different results. Thanks.

You need to calibrate the monitor and printer. You can either get a hold of the device and do it yourself or get someone to do it for you.

The keyword is not so much what is correct but what is consistent... opinions are like "rear ends": everyone has one... ;)

but consistency is consistency... if what you see is what you get from printout, then you can adjust the image to you liking. That you like the output yourself is the most important part... :) ...unless you're working for a client... ;(

Thank you very much for your advice. Appreciate that.
