Colorvision Spyder 2.7.7 won't work on Windows 7??

I can install it, but it can't find the color sensor. Any work-a-rounds to this problem? Thanks, John.

is your spyder connected directly to the motherboard's USB? or via a hub?
if latter, try connecting direct.

if the hardware was installed,
go to device manager and remove it, then let it auto detect it again.
