ClubSNAP Servers Downtime due to Migration Exercise

Hi Everyone!

ClubSNAP's servers will be down for a migration exercise as we are moving all our servers into another data centre.

Date: Saturday, 13th May 2006
When: 9am - 9pm

We hope to minimise the downtime and get everything back up asap and we hope that we will not have to fully utilise the above scheduled timeslot.

We seek everyone's patience during this period and sincerely apologise if this causes any inconvenience.

The Gallery server will be re-installed during the move. We just got it back from the Service Centre and initial assessment from Edmund is that the data is intact.

We apologise for the inconvenience, and as a gesture of goodwill to our Gallery subscribers, we will extend their subscription for an extra month to compensate for loss of use of the Galleries during this downtime.

Those who are not subscribers ... errr ... only can say "Sorry!" to you hor ...
