Close-up & Macro Close-up!

Me never touched macro photography B4.
Anyone like to explain what's the difference between Close-up & Macro Close-up filters?

Well...i do know some diff in hoya filters...Closeup Filter for hoya come its +3,+4 this type..but there is a hoya macro filter..which is sopposedly 10+ and its thicker with dual element..something like the 250D or 500D thickness..the +4 closeup filter is $15..the +10 macro filter is $38...so.....

I think the macro +10 is actually around $50, quoted from CP & AP..

they're generally macro filters.. it's the +X power that counts.. supposed to bring image closer than your lens can. I say just get +4 or +10, I dont use +1 & +2, but I feel +4 is not fun enuf.. the bigger the better? :bsmilie:
