Please take note of the following registration and payment procedures.

1. Print out and fill in the following Registration Form to the ClickArt organisers - ClickArt Registration Form - Remember to indicate ClubSNAP in the section for Organisation/Instituition/Association/Club name.

2. Fax the completed form to (65) 6292 7577 and/or

3. Mail the completed form together with your payment to the following address:-

Singapore 339411​

Deadline for payment to reach is next Friday, 7th November 2003, but its best to at least fax the form to them first to reserve your slot. Your names and desired workshop slots have already been passed to ClickArt organisers, but they will still need the form for record and payment purposes.

As for payment amount, I will close this thread by 5pm tomorrow thus if you wish to pull out or if there are others who wish to join, you have until tomorrow to make up your mind. I will update the thread after the FINAL count of people as it will affect the payment amount.

Clickart organisers e-mailed me to say that I wouldn't get the early-bird discount. But didn't we submit our names earlier? :dunno:

Have clarified with Joey and Lai Cheng. Problem is that most of the members who put their names here did not send in their registration in time.

I have given them the list of names, and you should identify yourself as a ClubSNAP member with them. If you run into problems, you can ask to speak to Joey or Lai Cheng (phone: 6297-2822) as I have been liaising with them.

Reminder to all who put their names here - Please send in your Registration Form and payment to ClickArt organisers by the end of this week if you want to enjoy the discounts.

The payment amount (at last count of 17 people) is as follows:-

Early Bird Rate - S$374.40 x 16 (we get one free seat) = S$5,990.40.
Less 5% Club Discount = S$5,690.88

Each person would have to pay (S$5,690.88 / 17) = S$334.76.

If anyone gets email or reply that they do not qualify for the 10% Early Bird, 5% Club and Group Discount, please ask to speak to Joey or Lai Cheng (phone: 6297-2822). Some of the other organisers staff may not be familiar with the arrangement we have with Joey/Lai Cheng.

Asking on behalf of my husband, since there is only 16 persons, how much does one have to pay? If we issued a cheque to Clickart, who do we made payable to?

It says on the application form to issue the cheque to MP Asia Pte Ltd.

Apologies for the confusion - apparently, there was some miscommunication/misunderstanding about the Group Discount terms.

ClickArt organisers requires all participants to pay the following amount - S$355.68 (which is the Early Bird and Club Discount).

Since there are 16 participants now (hope that no one else pulls out), ClickArt will receive payments for 15 participants and since we receive ONE free seat, the remaining participant (Larry Loh) will reimburse each of the 15 who paid directly to ClickArt a sum of $23.70 each. A convoluted way, but ClickArt organisers are dictating the rules here.

So, to summarise:-

1. All participants (except Larry Loh) to pay ClickArt S$355.68
2. Larry Loh to reimburse difference (S$355.68 dvided by x where x is final number of participants).
