Singapore clean and green? Not totally true....
Recently i took a walk @ farmway rd and took some pics of the unsightly rubbish that are hidden in the overgrown. Mosquitoes are everywhere. Damned those blood suckers. So irritating...

More like not true at all...

Actually, the drain is remarkably clean. I usually see drains clogged with plastic bags and other litter.

Off topic - I think Singapore is clean and green because of the cleaners. Else this place will be a junkyard. Cleanliness is not yet ingrained in people's mentality.

I second that. Those unsung heroes of Singapore (cleaners) should be given credit for their effort to keep Singapore the way it is today. Atleast a pay rise would be ideal...:thumbsup:
