CLA-4 lens adapter + UV guard filter.
And for the CLA-4, is it a third party piece or original?
And the UV filter, what is the dimentions that i should get? (as in diameter)

How much would such a combination cost?

Anyone knows?

Kindly advice.

Don't know about the CLA-4.

The dimension of the filter you should get depends on what camera you use and the diameter of the lens or the filter adaptor should you lens extends out. If you're not sure, take your camera to the shop with you.

The CLA-4 is original........why not u PM those C-700uz users in the Oly forum, like azone or tweek???

For the adaptor, the original Olympus one will cost about $35, black colour, threadsize 55mm. The 3rd party one will cost $15-$20 (although I paid $40 for mine !@##%$##@), threadsize 52mm.

For UV filter, a Hoya single-coated one 52mm will cost $10. Hoya HMC or B+W multicoated ones will cost like $40 or so? I think so.

You can get the silver third party 52mm lens adapter from AP. Bought mine there at 18 bucks. You may like to see how it looks like in my gallery under Accessories.

Multi-coated filters have special coatings on them to minimize reflection or distortion to the image, hence the dif in price with the single-coat ones.

Hoya single-coated UV filters are mostly very cheap..a 49mm or 52mm shouldn't cost more than S$10!!!

How come your 3rd party lens adapter + filter combo is $45??? Should be at $20 + $10 = $30...

$45 is a bloody rip-off liao lah!!!! ;(
