City hall nightscape

This was shot when the singapore team was presenting their fireworks on Sunday a few weeks ago. I was shooting from the middle of the road on a truck. Shot with Tmax3200@24mm.

tried to include the amount of pple, traffic jam and nightscape into the picture. Is the flare too much to be accepted? Comments please. Thanks.

hehe.. i asked a fren.. he say this not flare.. these are due to the small aperture size that i've chosen to use.. i think f/8 ...

Ask anothe friend. It is flare. The star effect of the street light on the left is due to small aperture...

B&W dun really work for me here as I anticipate to see colour for this kind of scene...

Color for this photograph would probably work better.

thnx for the comments... guess with colour the flare or watever hexagonal shape thing would be intolerable?
