I've a Parker Pen that was bought for me as a present. The fountain pen's nib area has a small crack, allowing ink to flow through when that area is held.

As there is a lifetime warrantee for manufacturing defects, where is the place where I can exchange the nib area in Singapore?

Anyone knows? :dunno:

Yup, I know how it's supposed to work. There's a proper organic looking crack at the plastic area which we are supposed to hold. Any place to go to?

i had problem with my Cross fountain pen. I sent it to takashimaya (collecting centre for cross pens) for servicing but the problem persisted. I went back again and this time they did a one to one exchange for me :)

Thanks for all the help. Will send it in for replacement after the Christmas holidays.
