Choosing between an old 35 summilux II (Canada) and 35 Summarit 2.4 ASPH

Would anyone be so kind to share opinion? I'm using M240.
Mixed reviews on the net about 35mm Summilux II Canada (1967-1995), while all praises to 35mm Summarit 2.4 ASPH.

Apart from the ASPH, you need to check the filter size. The ASPH takes 46mm if I recall correctly. Price is the other differentiator.

Yes it is 46mm, price is almost the same.
