I just clicked on your flickr link, right clicked the picture and select "properties", and copied the address. Then in your post, just surround the address with [img][/img] while removing the trailing "?v=0" from the address, like this:

You can also use the "Insert Image" button while editing the post, and just paste the address (without the trailing "?v=0") into the popup window. Use the "Preview Post" button to check the result before submitting.
