If I remember correctly, some people managed to sneak in and go shoot the rehearsals last time (can't remember which year liao) at People's Association.

supposed to go shoot for a wedding couple on the float, but cancelled as personal photographer would not be permitted.

oh the few couples on board the float? so cool sia.. but i think F1 is still main attraction. cos when the F1 came, the place started to become worst then construction site. everyone shouted like no ones business.( abit kua zhang)
