Chinatown Chinese New Year Celebrations 2017 is now on at the Chinatown, other then the usual Chinatown Light-up, New Year decoration and New Year Bazaar, and there also are many activities held in the Chinatown.

They also have Guided Chinatown Walking Trail for this Chinatown Chinese New Year Cerebration, this Walking Trail is open to the public and it is FREE, but Pre-Registration is required if you are interested, you can sign up via emailing them.
Signing on the spot is still possible, however due to each guides can only take up to 10 visitors and there are only handful of volunteer guides on duties during these weekends, so priority will be given those visitors who registered early via email.

I am one of the Volunteer Walking Trail Guides for this year, if you are interested to know more about Chinese Culture and also our Chinatown, I welcome you to sign up for this walking trail.
The Volunteer Guilds will share with you some history Chinatown, interesting places of this area, and also Chinese cultures, things and foods about the New Year Cerebration etc.

However, do take note this is a cultural and festival walking trail, we will be moving in and out thru many crowded areas, it is NOT a photography outing, so please keep your photography gears very simple and be a minimalist.
