I have tried malacca's one, and its not a big deal, its the same as normal rice just that its in a ball shape and a little starchier.

There is one along Jalan Besar main road. Park at the turning to the stadium at allenby road. It is along the kopishop at the curved building. Ate there once, heard they opened there for 30yr ++
