not sure about price, but depends on how elaborate you want the cheongsum to be...

another alternative are those theatre folks. they usually have a stockpile of costumes and weird clothings...

Not too sure if they have a branch at Compass point but i think it should be the one and the same... Isrida Silk & Tie Collections.
