Cheapest Flight to Cebu?

Anybody know if any of the budget airlines fly to Cebu from Singapore? I remember I ever found one before, but can't seem to find it now.. Cheapest I found is SilkAir.. But they charge $600+ for 1 passenger to go :bigeyes:

Try flying to Manila on a budget airline and getting an Air Philippines flight to Cebu. May be cheaper even with that internal flight.

yo, i just came back from there last month, which part are u going?

careful abt one thing: the money changer in SG conned us and gave us OUTDATED pesos that were not able to be used there. We even went to their main central bank and they said it is outdated. Luckily we had USD.

So BECAREFUL which money changer u use, i recommend the one at Parkway Parade.
