cheap place for frames?

Hi,

Anyone knows where to get nice and affordable picture frames for 10RW pictures? I don't want those tacky ones normally sold at most photo shops, and Ikea don't offer frames this size.

there is a shop near textile centre.. at one of those conservation shophouses..

it quite cheap and good...
