If you want your picture to have some "artistic value", avoid taking indoor pictures with direct flash. Indoor pictures taken with direct flash like this, more often than not, would appear to be dull, flat, and ....unimaginative. But I guess you didn't have much choice and was interested to take the picture of these girls for some kind of a record or documentary purpose only.

hey thanks for the comment... well at that time... and even now... i am still exploring with flash...

would u suggest... some bounce from the ceiling... coz behind me got no wall...

it is taken in a restaurant...
