Age is catching up on me. DSLR is getting heavier by the years. Thought of changing to a 4/3 system with interchangeable lens , which is a good set? Any recommendation?

it looks good especially in low light!
Got to see what budget u have.
5N is really good. I'm tempted to get one too.
Wait for Xmas promo.
you have pretty good setup... wanna consider getting a used M9 + some Zeiss/ Voigtlanders?

IQ wise, yes. But in terms of form factor and weight, I only see it as marginally smaller than a DSLR - not small enough to entice me anyway. Same big lenses, awkward shape (essentially holding a lump of lens), and worse of all - no viewfinder. At my age, with my reading glasses (presbyopia), it is a challenge to shoot via the LCD screen.
I think you can always get the optional viewfinder accessory (I think they do make one). But like you say, I wouldn't want to get the NEX because of the awkward shape which I simply don't like.
Ricoh GXR and Olympus E-P3 is on my list. Wonder where to sell my set or should I just trade it.
Currently, m4/3 has the most comprehensive set of lenses, followed by NEX.
