bought a second hand ball head but I dun know how to change my old pan head to my ball head ,,, pls pls can anione help me ????

lift up your center column, see any tightening screws below your tripod head, if have, loosen it.

to remove the head, just turn the head anti-clockwise (from top down view)

the old panhead base mounting tooo firm need to use plyers to unloose

spray WD-40 should help.
