Let's not bet money yet. There is still a large CF card device market. This may well ensure that CF's remain for some time to come.

IMO, the chance of newly release DSLRs getting the SDHC memory card in the near future is much greater than getting this CFash memory card.

newer cams are using SD cards.. i doubt CFast will catch on becos if it does, the cost will be unbearable for consumers so its simply illogical.

I won't bet that all the camera maker would jump into the bandwagon...... they would have alot of stuff to Mod.

I doubt the card and its implementation would be that difficult... and with larger images, faster shooting rates, greater bit depth (which can contribute to larger RAW files), and people just wanting larger cards for convenience, or people wanting solid state memory for shooting video ... I think CFast can do well... won't be an overnight thing though... and maybe not for consumer cameras which are shifting to SD... but for pro and prosumer, and possibly for video, I think the change would come...
