CF card limited storage

Hi all,

Greetings.

Would like to know why suddenly after loading the pics from my CF card to the computer and when I reinserting the CF card to the camera,the storage shows 8shots instead of the normal 500shots for storage??

You never erase the shots on the CF card.

But when I use my camera to erase the images.it says that there are no images.

Try that on my Macbook but nothing in the card. is a Kingston 8GB 133x Elite Pro CF.

All two pieces the same.

Btw how do we format the card? Sorry Nob to this.

Thank you for the help.

I manage to erase all the data on the CFs. Appreciate the help. Now I have 999 shots on each CF.

When you clear all the photos from CF card through mac, you have to clear the thrash too

Should be able to format CF card in camera!

As a good practice, once you have copied out the images from the CF card, do a "format card" with the camera before you use the card for the next shoot.
